Ryan & Keanu Thank You

I just wanted to thank Ryan and Keanu again for the help on Friday night. You two are awesome and I could not have done that truck loading with out you. You both stepped up big time and I will be forever grateful. You two get the first rock of the season!

Nice race Peter!  Glad I wasn't there for you to beat!  Top 15, thats pretty cool.  Kyle good job also, that is a really tough course.

The most dedicated Guy this week!!

Who's the most dedicated runner this week?  That would be Ryan Casey.  Not only did he show up Friday night at Dunkle's for a "Non-Run" (something about moving heavy furniture instead) but he was the ONLY team member to have Fun running the 8 am 5K at the La Center Our Days Steamboat Festival run.  (contributed by Vivian Kosak)  Good job Ryan!

That would be Kyle!  Saturday morning, 5 miles before camp!  Who else showed up?  I'll give you a hint, Kyle and I didn't have to worry about running room on the sidewalk.  Good job Kyle!

Congratulations Amanda and Keanu, both ran impressive times tonight on a very tough course.

Amanda running under 21 minutes and Keanu running 18:30 in only his second race ever!
